Please read the Necessary Lawful Comment

The Federal Court of Hamburg decided the following sentence from 12.May 1998: “That who brings in the links to the other websites, if applicable, is responsible for their contents which could be evaded only, as to the Federal Court, in case this person keeps himself expressively distant from this contents”. I have brought from my Homepage links to the other internet sites and apropos want to declare: I am not responsible for the contents of the linked websites and keep myself expressively distant from it.

Das Landgericht Hamburg hat mit Urteil vom 12 Mai 1998 folgendes entschieden:’’ Das man mit dem Einbringen von Links auf andere Websites ggf. deren Inhalte mit zu verantworten hat,dies wird nur dadurch verhindert,so das LG,wenn man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert.’’Ich habe auf meiner Homepage Links zu anderen Internetseiten angebracht und erkläre hierzu: Für den Inhalt der gelinkten Seiten und Unterseiten bin ich nicht verantwortlich und distanziere mich ausdrücklich von diesen.
